Salted 100 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Salted in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 5 weeks, 100 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Salted 100 ml bottle here
If you are looking at salted in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 100 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
We run salted the same way in Nouméa: same 100 ml bottle, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the 100 ml bottle you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted 100 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Salted in Nouméa reaches the shelf in 100 ml bottle formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested salted in a 100 ml bottle
- Pick the 100 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the 100 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where salted goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.72 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Nouméa survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 100 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF1.72 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
