Nutty sub-ohm kit IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Nutty in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 3 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a sub-ohm kit for nutty
We run nutty the same way in Nouméa: same sub-ohm kit, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: nutty in Nouméa works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a nutty sub-ohm kit really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on nutty: 7 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested nutty in a sub-ohm kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a nutty bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing nutty with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does nutty taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the nutty blend itself harsh.
How much does a sub-ohm kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.17 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF37 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
