Tobacco e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Tobacco in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 9 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good e-liquid bundle from a repack
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a e-liquid bundle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The honest read on tobacco: 20 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
Tobacco e-liquid bundle reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested tobacco in a e-liquid bundle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tobacco in Nouméa survives.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does tobacco in a e-liquid bundle last?
In Nouméa we measured 9 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should tobacco start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a e-liquid bundle.
