Mintice mesh tank IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Mintice in Nouméa: 13 units tested over 6 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good mesh tank from a repack
The honest read on mintice: 13 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
A mintice mesh tank from the budget options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.03 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: mintice in Nouméa works if the mesh tank, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
Mintice in Nouméa reaches the shelf in mesh tank formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested mintice in a mesh tank
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Batch code and production date, so a mintice bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised XPF63 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.03 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a mesh tank cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.03 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF63 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mintice the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.03 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the mesh tank units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
