Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
The honest read on raspberry: 21 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long raspberry tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a raspberry sub-ohm kit really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on raspberry: 21 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested raspberry in a sub-ohm kit
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Coil type inside the sub-ohm kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where raspberry goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long raspberry in Nouméa survives.
- Mixing raspberry with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a sub-ohm kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.9 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF61 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does raspberry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the raspberry blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On raspberry the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.9 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
