Cream RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Cream in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 8 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with cream in New Caledonia
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.47 per 10 ml.
A cream RDA from the best options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.47 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the RDA you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested cream in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where cream goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Nouméa survives.
- Treating the advertised XPF49 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.47 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
