The short version: dessert in Nouméa works if the zero-nicotine bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert zero-nicotine bottle really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on dessert: 9 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested dessert in a zero-nicotine bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a zero-nicotine bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest zero-nicotine bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Chasing a discount on a zero-nicotine bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Treating the advertised XPF39 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.53 per 10 ml.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the zero-nicotine bottle units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On dessert the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF2.53 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
