Vanilla vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the price shortlist
Vanilla in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 3 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Vanilla vape pen here
Vanilla in Nouméa reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the value ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Vanilla vape pen reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 6 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.

How we tested vanilla in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing vanilla with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised XPF59 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.93 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
How long does vanilla in a vape pen last?
In Nouméa we measured 3 to 6 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.93 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF59 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
