Tobacco e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Tobacco in Nouméa: 21 units tested over 4 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run tobacco the same way in Nouméa: same e-liquid bundle, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Tobacco sounds like one product. It is not: a e-liquid bundle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the e-liquid bundle you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
Tobacco in Nouméa reaches the shelf in e-liquid bundle formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested tobacco in a e-liquid bundle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a e-liquid bundle arrives sealed but wrong.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
