Spiced cartomizer IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Spiced in Nouméa: 16 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Spiced in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Spiced cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a spiced cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
Spiced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.03 per 10 ml.
How we tested spiced in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every spiced bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where spiced goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why spiced tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing spiced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Why does spiced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the spiced blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does spiced in a cartomizer last?
In Nouméa we measured 3 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
