Sour refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist
Sour in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 2 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
Sour sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run sour the same way in Nouméa: same refill pack, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: sour in Nouméa works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Sour refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested sour in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where sour goes wrong
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised XPF50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.69 per 10 ml.
