Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you are looking at sour in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the nicotine salt bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: sour in Nouméa works if the nicotine salt bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sour nicotine salt bottle really costs in Nouméa
A sour nicotine salt bottle from the reviewed options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.36 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested sour in a nicotine salt bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for nicotine salt bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the nicotine salt bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where sour goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF55 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.36 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a nicotine salt bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
