Sour cartomizer IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist
Sour in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 7 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a cartomizer for sour
Sour cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Sour in Nouméa reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sour cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested sour in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sour bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where sour goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
