Mintice 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Mintice in Nouméa: 13 units tested over 9 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What mintice costs in Nouméa
Mintice sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.38 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, 30 ml shortfill, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at mintice in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 30 ml shortfill you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested mintice in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long mintice in Nouméa survives.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
How much does a 30 ml shortfill cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.38 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF45 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does mintice in a 30 ml shortfill last?
In Nouméa we measured 9 to 13 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
