What sour costs in Nouméa
Sour in a 10 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.

What a sour 10 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Sour in Nouméa reaches the shelf in 10 ml bottle formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested sour in a 10 ml bottle
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the 10 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 10 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for 10 ml bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where sour goes wrong
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest 10 ml bottle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
How long does sour in a 10 ml bottle last?
In Nouméa we measured 5 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a 10 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.11 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF35 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 10 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
