Salted squonk mod IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Salted in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 7 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a squonk mod for salted
Salted squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The honest read on salted: 15 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted squonk mod really costs in Nouméa
Salted sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested salted in a squonk mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where salted goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Nouméa survives.
- Mixing salted with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On salted the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF1.62 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How long does salted in a squonk mod last?
In Nouméa we measured 7 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
