Salted mesh tank IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Salted in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 2 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a mesh tank for salted
Salted mesh tank reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The honest read on salted: 9 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at salted in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested salted in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Stock depth: 9 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Batch code and production date, so a salted bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where salted goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Nouméa survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
