How to tell a good pen device from a repack
Plain pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you are looking at plain in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: plain in Nouméa works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain pen device really costs in Nouméa
Plain pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested plain in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plain bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plain goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF66 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.36 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
