Plain refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Plain in Nouméa: 16 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What plain costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Plain prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.25 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 16 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plain refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Plain sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested plain in a refill pack
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plain goes wrong
- Mixing plain with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised XPF46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.25 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.25 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF46 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does plain taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the plain blend itself harsh.
