Pear mesh tank IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist
Pear in Nouméa: 19 units tested over 2 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with pear in New Caledonia
Pear sounds like one product. It is not: a mesh tank running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The honest read on pear: 19 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long pear tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a pear mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
A pear mesh tank from the budget options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.78 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested pear in a mesh tank
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a mesh tank arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the mesh tank, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every pear bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where pear goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why pear tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF1.78 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
