Mintice starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Mintice in Nouméa: 18 units tested over 4 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Mintice is allowed to say
Mintice in Nouméa reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: mintice in Nouméa works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mintice starter kit really costs in Nouméa
A mintice starter kit from the online options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.02 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested mintice in a starter kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mintice bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.02 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mintice tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.

Frequently asked questions
Why does mintice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the starter kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the mintice blend itself harsh.
How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.02 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF67 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
What nicotine strength should mintice start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a starter kit.
