Mintice starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Mintice in Nouméa: 10 units tested over 8 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What mintice costs in Nouméa
Mintice in a starter kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Mintice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.32 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 10 units, starter kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mintice starter kit really costs in Nouméa
Mintice sounds like one product. It is not: a starter kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested mintice in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where mintice goes wrong
- Mixing mintice with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a starter kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.

How much does a starter kit cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.32 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF49 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
How long does mintice in a starter kit last?
In Nouméa we measured 8 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
