Mint RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the online shortlist
Mint in Nouméa: 24 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Mint is allowed to say
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
A mint RDA from the online options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.1 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mint RDA really costs in Nouméa
Mint sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested mint in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where mint goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mint tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing mint with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should mint start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
