Melon 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Melon in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Melon 30 ml shortfill here
A melon 30 ml shortfill from the compared options in New Caledonia costs about XPF1.79 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Melon sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: melon in Nouméa works if the 30 ml shortfill, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a melon 30 ml shortfill really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on melon: 7 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested melon in a 30 ml shortfill
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 30 ml shortfill arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every melon bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where melon goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest 30 ml shortfill available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
