Mango starter kit IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Mango in Nouméa: 20 units tested over 2 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Mango prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.5 per 10 ml.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: mango in Nouméa works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a mango starter kit really costs in Nouméa
Mango starter kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 20 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested mango in a starter kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a mango bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
Where mango goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mango tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
