Licorice mesh tank IQOS in Nouméa: the order shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Licorice in Nouméa: 6 units tested over 8 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Licorice mesh tank here
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.02 per 10 ml.
A licorice mesh tank from the pre-order options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.02 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 6 units, mesh tank, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a licorice mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at licorice in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the mesh tank you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested licorice in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the mesh tank that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.02 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a mesh tank that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
