Lemon sub-ohm kit IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Lemon in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 2 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with lemon in New Caledonia
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
We run lemon the same way in Nouméa: same sub-ohm kit, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, sub-ohm kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a lemon sub-ohm kit really costs in Nouméa
Lemon sounds like one product. It is not: a sub-ohm kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested lemon in a sub-ohm kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a sub-ohm kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where lemon goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why lemon tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should lemon start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a sub-ohm kit.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On lemon the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF1.93 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does lemon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the lemon blend itself harsh.
