Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
If you are looking at iced in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the prefilled pod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A iced prefilled pod from the cheapest options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.19 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced prefilled pod really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested iced in a prefilled pod
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Spare parts availability for prefilled pod in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where iced goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.19 per 10 ml.
- Chasing a discount on a prefilled pod that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Nouméa survives.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a prefilled pod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.19 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does iced taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the iced blend itself harsh.
