Iced pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Iced in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
The honest read on iced: 11 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Iced sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: iced in Nouméa works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced pen device really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at iced in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested iced in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where iced goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.95 per 10 ml.
