Iced cartomizer IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist
Iced in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Iced in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
We run iced the same way in Nouméa: same cartomizer, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: iced in Nouméa works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
Iced in Nouméa reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the discounted ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested iced in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every iced bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where iced goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing iced with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should iced start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
How long does iced in a cartomizer last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is iced legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
