Sourcherry squonk mod IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Sourcherry in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 5 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with sourcherry in New Caledonia
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
A sourcherry squonk mod from the discounted options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.43 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: sourcherry in Nouméa works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sourcherry squonk mod really costs in Nouméa
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested sourcherry in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every sourcherry bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where sourcherry goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long sourcherry in Nouméa survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sourcherry tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF41 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.43 per 10 ml.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.43 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF41 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does sourcherry taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the sourcherry blend itself harsh.
