Iced 60 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Iced in Nouméa: 7 units tested over 6 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the iced habit
Iced in a 60 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A iced 60 ml bottle from the cheapest options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.65 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: iced in Nouméa works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced 60 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested iced in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where iced goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF57 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.65 per 10 ml.
