Herbal vape pen IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Herbal in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 9 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
The short version: herbal in Nouméa works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a herbal vape pen really costs in Nouméa
Herbal sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested herbal in a vape pen
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Mixing herbal with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised XPF28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.44 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
Is herbal legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On herbal the budget price and the premium price can sit within XPF3.44 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
