Licorice 60 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Licorice in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 5 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Licorice sounds like one product. It is not: a 60 ml bottle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run licorice the same way in Nouméa: same 60 ml bottle, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: licorice in Nouméa works if the 60 ml bottle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a licorice 60 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at licorice in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the 60 ml bottle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested licorice in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for 60 ml bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long licorice in Nouméa survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a 60 ml bottle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.52 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF49 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does licorice taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the licorice blend itself harsh.
