Herbal pen device IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist
Herbal in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with herbal in New Caledonia
A herbal pen device from the flat-rate options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.21 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Herbal pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a herbal pen device really costs in Nouméa
Herbal sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested herbal in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every herbal bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.21 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
