How to tell a good e-liquid bundle from a repack
We run herbal the same way in Nouméa: same e-liquid bundle, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at herbal in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the e-liquid bundle you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, e-liquid bundle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a herbal e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
We run herbal the same way in Nouméa: same e-liquid bundle, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested herbal in a e-liquid bundle
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a herbal bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest e-liquid bundle available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a e-liquid bundle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a e-liquid bundle that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
How much does a e-liquid bundle cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.91 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF28 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
