Where buyers go wrong with nutty in New Caledonia
We run nutty the same way in Nouméa: same pod kit, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Below is the run we did for this search: 13 units, pod kit, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a nutty pod kit really costs in Nouméa
Nutty pod kit reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 13 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested nutty in a pod kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pod kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every nutty bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Batch code and production date, so a nutty bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where nutty goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing nutty with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pod kit and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
