Graphite in Nouméa: 24 units tested over 6 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Ordering IQOS to Nouméa: the practical version
Graphite refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 24 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run graphite the same way in Nouméa: same refill pack, same 6 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a graphite refill pack really costs in Nouméa
Graphite in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested graphite in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long graphite in Nouméa survives.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here

Why does graphite taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
