Cream squonk mod IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Cream in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 2 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
What the label on Cream is allowed to say
Cream in a squonk mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A cream squonk mod from the budget options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.95 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: cream in Nouméa works if the squonk mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream squonk mod really costs in Nouméa
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.95 per 10 ml.
How we tested cream in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where cream goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.95 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Nouméa survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a squonk mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.

Frequently asked questions
How long does cream in a squonk mod last?
In Nouméa we measured 2 to 15 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
How much does a squonk mod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF2.95 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF67 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
