Graphite RDA IQOS in Nouméa: the best shortlist
Graphite in Nouméa: 15 units tested over 7 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a RDA for graphite
Graphite sounds like one product. It is not: a RDA running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Graphite prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.12 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 15 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a graphite RDA really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested graphite in a RDA
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Batch code and production date, so a graphite bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every graphite bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
Where graphite goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.12 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why graphite tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for graphite in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the graphite blend itself harsh.
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF3.12 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF30 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
