Frozen mesh tank IQOS in Nouméa: the wholesale shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Frozen in Nouméa: 16 units tested over 3 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a mesh tank for frozen
Frozen in a mesh tank is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A frozen mesh tank from the bulk options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.81 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.81 per 10 ml.
How we tested frozen in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF37 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.81 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a mesh tank and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
