Frozen mesh tank IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Frozen in Nouméa: 10 units tested over 8 weeks, mesh tank formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good mesh tank from a repack
Frozen in Nouméa reaches the shelf in mesh tank formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
A frozen mesh tank from the budget options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.15 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the mesh tank you buy decides how long frozen tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a frozen mesh tank really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on frozen: 10 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a mesh tank
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for mesh tank in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest mesh tank available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Nouméa survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why frozen tastes flat after two days.
