Frozen cartomizer IQOS in Nouméa: the cheap shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Frozen in Nouméa: 11 units tested over 6 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Frozen cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: frozen in Nouméa works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
A frozen cartomizer from the cheapest options in New Caledonia costs about XPF3.18 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested frozen in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every frozen bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised XPF65 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.18 per 10 ml.
