Salted disposable vape IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Salted in Nouméa: 12 units tested over 6 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
The honest read on salted: 12 units through the same routine over 6 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Salted disposable vape reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 12 units and 6 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, disposable vape, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a salted disposable vape really costs in Nouméa
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested salted in a disposable vape
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the disposable vape that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a disposable vape arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 12 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where salted goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing salted with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
Packaging for salted in New Caledonia must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Do you ship tracked orders to New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
How long does salted in a disposable vape last?
In Nouméa we measured 6 to 12 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the disposable vape units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
