Frozen 60 ml bottle IQOS in Nouméa: the review shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Frozen in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 4 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Frozen in a 60 ml bottle is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Nouméa the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Below is the run we did for this search: 8 units, 60 ml bottle, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a frozen 60 ml bottle really costs in Nouméa
Frozen prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.78 per 10 ml.
How we tested frozen in a 60 ml bottle
- Pick the 60 ml bottle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for 60 ml bottle in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Treating the advertised XPF56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF2.78 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a 60 ml bottle and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance. Shipping of nicotine to New Caledonia runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
How long does frozen in a 60 ml bottle last?
In Nouméa we measured 4 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is frozen legal to sell in New Caledonia?
New Caledonia applies French-language labelling at customs clearance.
