Dessert cartomizer IQOS in Nouméa: the deals shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Dessert in Nouméa: 8 units tested over 2 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Choosing a cartomizer for dessert
Ordering into Nouméa usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
Dessert sounds like one product. It is not: a cartomizer running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The short version: dessert in Nouméa works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a dessert cartomizer really costs in Nouméa
The honest read on dessert: 8 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested dessert in a cartomizer
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a dessert bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why dessert tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
How long does dessert in a cartomizer last?
In Nouméa we measured 2 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should dessert start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Why does dessert taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the dessert blend itself harsh.
