Citrus sub-ohm kit IQOS in Nouméa: the compare shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Citrus in Nouméa: 24 units tested over 9 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How to tell a good sub-ohm kit from a repack
The honest read on citrus: 24 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in New Caledonia. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the sub-ohm kit you buy decides how long citrus tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a citrus sub-ohm kit really costs in Nouméa
Citrus prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF2.21 per 10 ml.
How we tested citrus in a sub-ohm kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the sub-ohm kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a citrus bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where citrus goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long citrus in Nouméa survives.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why citrus tastes flat after two days.
