Cream e-liquid bundle IQOS in Nouméa: the flat shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Cream in Nouméa: 14 units tested over 9 weeks, e-liquid bundle formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Most people searching IQOS in New Caledonia are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Cream prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Nouméa that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within XPF3.29 per 10 ml.
The short version: cream in Nouméa works if the e-liquid bundle, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream e-liquid bundle really costs in Nouméa
Cream sounds like one product. It is not: a e-liquid bundle running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested cream in a e-liquid bundle
- Pick the e-liquid bundle that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cream bottle shipped into New Caledonia.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where cream goes wrong
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised XPF68 entry kit as the real cost when refills run XPF3.29 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cream start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a e-liquid bundle.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the e-liquid bundle units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
How long does cream in a e-liquid bundle last?
In Nouméa we measured 9 to 14 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
