Coconut in Nouméa: 9 units tested over 2 weeks, sub-ohm kit formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
How we tested Coconut sub-ohm kit here
Coconut sounds like one product. It is not: a sub-ohm kit running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run coconut the same way in Nouméa: same sub-ohm kit, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: coconut in Nouméa works if the sub-ohm kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a coconut sub-ohm kit really costs in Nouméa
A coconut sub-ohm kit from the reviewed options in New Caledonia costs about XPF2.62 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested coconut in a sub-ohm kit
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Spare parts availability for sub-ohm kit in New Caledonia, since tanks and pods go first.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Mixing coconut with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a sub-ohm kit that then needs an adapter nobody in New Caledonia stocks.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in New Caledonia sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to New Caledonia need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the sub-ohm kit units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
Can I order IQOS online in New Caledonia?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does coconut in a sub-ohm kit last?
In Nouméa we measured 2 to 9 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
