Coconut refill pack IQOS in Nouméa: the budget shortlist — Frenchpolynesiaiqos
Coconut in Nouméa: 22 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for New Caledonia.
Where buyers go wrong with coconut in New Caledonia
Coconut refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Coconut in Nouméa reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Below is the run we did for this search: 22 units, refill pack, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a coconut refill pack really costs in Nouméa
If you are looking at coconut in New Caledonia, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested coconut in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in New Caledonia, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in New Caledonia, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a coconut bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where coconut goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in New Caledonia accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing coconut with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.

Frequently asked questions
Why does coconut taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the coconut blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should coconut start at?
Start at whatever New Caledonia allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a refill pack.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Nouméa: about XPF1.9 per 10 ml liquid plus XPF48 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
